Assalamualaikum w.b.t

That's right!  It ain't over till it's over. This saying was said by Yogi Berra, a baseball player in 1973 which I think suits us - during the program. It means the final outcome cannot be assumed or determined until a given situation, or in our case program, is completely finished. To be honest, we felt kinda demotivated by the lack of response of the participants at first but we tried to give each other supports and kept on encouraging each other to do our best so that we can run this program smoothly and most importantly give benefits towards the participants.  Hence, we manage to end it with a happy feeling as we got some compliments at the end from some of our participants. We never knew that a simple message from our participant (picture below) will make us felt all the tiredness and sleep deprivation was worth it. 


As we had finished our program officially on Saturday (28/8/2021), we had agreed to have a great rest for at least a day before we continue with our next agenda which is the report. We are aware that a short rest is essential as a reward after we had worked hard for about a month in order to conduct this program and ensuring that this program runs smoothly.

After having a nice break to recharge, we plan a meeting two days after the program end to discuss the report. As usual, it was conducted using Google Meet. Firstly, we discuss each content required in the report according to the instruction given. Then, we start with the division of tasks to ensure that the parts were given fairly. Once all members had agreed with the part division, we continued with the assignment of members in charge for each part by using the “Wheel of Names”. Believe me, it is fun sometimes having random things in life :) 

The meeting went smoothly as the members were highly cooperative. We also remind each other to make sure that there will be progress every day even though a little bit so that we will not feel burdened when the due date is getting nearer. “Slowly but surely”, right?

We continue in making progress for our report for the remaining days of the week. It felt a bit odd this week as the past few weeks we were busy preparing for the program, but this week we had more free time. However, we will try our best to use our time wisely in order to complete the report by the due date. I think, this is all for this week. It is a bit short as nothing much happen this week. Nevertheless, we will meet again next week for our updates.
